    It is! There are loads of these emails (plus ones saying you won in competitions) floating around presently

    The email sender is VR Security (not Virgin Media) and it's also from a .fr (France domain) which isn't VM.

    I am continually getting these scam e-mails. They are nuisance. They go into my inbox - I mark them as "Spam" send them to the Gov.UK reporting site and then permanently delete them. But they keep using different sender addresses: e.g.From:V1rgln Med!a<dyfodwg@sky.com> 

    So don't get picked up as Spam. 

    The poor spelling / use of characters instead of letters is a constant theme which makes them reasonably easy to spot. They all have the same attachment.   Is there no way Virgin can act against these?
