IP Address Blacklisted

One of our email accounts has not been receiving email since Friday.
So we went in and reset the password and tried signing back into the client on the iPad.
This kept failing and now no one can receive emails because our IP is now blacklisted.
How do we go about removing this blacklist?

It was on Spamhaus that it reported that it has been blacklisted.

    On which list(s) does your public IP Address appear?

    FYI  if listed on Policy Blocklist (PBL) this is expected and can be ignored
