I'm still not getting my emails through - 3 days now :(

Please can somebody from the Virgin Media team help me as a matter of urgency? I was not getting emails through a few days ago like other people - and they're still not coming through 3 days later, despite people on here being told it's now fixed! I'm getting concerned as I'm waiting for important emails that just aren't coming through to any of my 4 ntlworld email addresses. 

Can somebody please help with this?

    I can see my colleague replied to your other post here: Gmail not recognising Ntlworld.com

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

        Hi Martin, yes I am  :(  I am so stressed out over it, I don't know what to do to get the missing emails.  I posted twice about it, which Kath rightly told me I shouldn't have done, but I didn't know which place was the best to post.  I told the man who replied to my other post that I'm still not getting email through - it'll be a week on Wednesday - but he hasn't replied.

        I know of a few companies that I get regular emails from and they haven't arrived.  

        When I try sending myself an email from one of my other email addresses it doesn't go through.  As mentioned on my other post, very occasionally a little box will appear at the bottom right of my screen to say an email has arrived, but when I look in my Inbox it isn't there!  But this is only very, very occasionally that I see the box.

        Please, please can you help me, I feel as if I'm on my own with this problem as it seems everyone else has their email up and running again  :(
