I have virginmedia account which includes virgin.net email address. Virginmedia are threatening to close

I have received an email from #virginmedia stating virginmedia will close my virgin.net email account because I do not have a virginmedia account. I do have a virginmedia account and my virgin.net email address is attached to this account.How can I stop #virginmedia from closing my virgin.net email account. I am disabled and need my virgin.net email address for my carers, private consultants and doctors. I have difficulties breathing so need email contactibility. Desperate for help

    In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
