I have lost the main email I use for everything

I signed on yesterday to this new way and have lost the main email I use for everything. I can log in to my other one I don't use, but there is no way of finding my main email. Signing to the Virgin/02 platform as just used my secondary email as the main one. I've tried everything to get back on and nothing works. It's terrible you can't speak to a human to see if it can be rectified. The virtual assistant is useless.

    I have just recently been pushed to sign to the virgin/02 . in doing so I've lost the main email account I use for everything. When I sign in it just takes me to my secoundary email that I hardly use. Ineed to get my original back on. I have tried several ways to no avail. The email I always use is not coming up.

     

    I could do with speaking to someone via phone to get me back on.

    Anyone experienced these problems. I just don't seem to be able to get it working. Strangely I can get it on my phone maybe because I was already signed in before i changed to Virgin/02

      You can use your phone at the moment as it uses a different username/password combo for the phones mail client.  This should work until a password change is required.

      As for the other mailbox access via Webmail, it will also need a VMO2ID created before you will get access.

    Is this email linked to an active broadband account with us?

    Are you trying to access this via the webpage or a third party app such as outlook?

      Thanks for replying. Yes I have an active Broadband account.

      When I signed to the new VirginO2 its looks like its connected it to my other email account other than the one I've always used. I've tried several ways, When I try to sign in it only lists the one and not my regular one.
