I can't remember passwords for email addresses for new Outlook! Help plse!

Since Outlook changed to the new Outlook (absolute rubbish) they wouldn't set it up until I had entered the passwords of my email addresses (I have five). I can't access two of them because of this.  I had the password for three email addresses but not these two.  I need to log in urgently to find out why I can't get connected to EE on my phone for days now & I was sent a text to tell me to log in and check server status but unfortunately as I don't often use EE's website I can't remember their password either, if they send me a reminder it'll go to the email that I can't access!

I've tried 'forgot password' and it says I need to call VM as they don't have enough information, which I don't understand, but I have tinnitus and hearing problems and I'm not able to use the phone at the moment.

Can any VM staff help on here please?  😞

Many TIA

  • Thanks for reaching out to us littlewren, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when trying to access your E-Mail addresses.

Each email address now has its own My VM account and with this, secondary accounts changes now have to be made via the My Virgin Media account for the secondary E-Mail.

Do you have access to the My Virgin Media account for the troublesome E-Mail account?

If so, and once logged in, click on 'Account Settings', then onto 'Account Details'.

You should then see the options to change password etc...

    Thanks

      Hi David,

Sorry, notification that you'd replied had gone to my spam email and I only just spotted it.

I will have a proper look soon as I'm not sure what you mean at the moment. I seem to have somehow also mistakenky changed the sign in email address and don't know where I am.

Will have a look over the next day or so (full of cold at the moment so not feeling great).

      Many thanks, speak soon.
