Hi, Can someone please help with instructions on how to permanently delete an old Ntlworld email address. I sick of the numerous spam emails I receive each day. Thanks.

We're sorry to hear you're receiving spam emails. You're not able to permanently delete the email from your end. We'll need to raise a ticket with our IT Team.
This is something we can certainly get raised for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
