How do I delete my old ntlworld email account

I am trying to delete my old ntlworld email account, I have set up a new email account for my virgin media services but can’t find out how to delete the ntlworld one, I have signed into my account but cannot find the option where it would allow me to delete my ntlworld email account , any help would be appreciated.
