Thanks for reaching out. There are several ways, you can use the "Forgot my password" on the website. Or we can bring you into a private message and go through some security questions to access your account and set you a new one. And finally you can contact our team on 📞 0345 454 1111 and they can reset it with you over the phone.
Should you choose to come into a private message with us, look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device it will be located under your profile icon.

I have hearing loss so I find the auomate calls virgin all impossible, is there away that I can speak to some one?

Iam Cannot send or receive messages to and from my ntlworld mail, it have spoken in a private area to agent who asked me for furthther asked for details I acnnot contact that agent. Can an egent help?
