Forbidden 403

I can’t access webmail after logging in to My Vodafone. The link just goes to a page saying Forbidden . I see this is a problem for others as well but can’t see the solution from existing posts. Same problem from PC/iphone/other devices. Please help! Urgently need to access webmail on my PC.
