Error code DEF01

I am locked out of my virgin.net email. Please can someone help?

Whenever I do forgotten password or email I get Code:DEF01

I have cleared the cache and tried different devices. Trying to message or phone Virgin has also been problematic..

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    Sorry to hear of any email issues.

    Is the email we are discussing listed on any active cable account? (broadband/home phone/TV)? If not, this may have been automatically deleted as per the T&C.

    If it is, sign into the online account for me then go to account settings. Then Virgin Media mail settings. Then click Generate app password.
