Error Code AP103 when try to resent VM password
Hi
I have been locked out of my email (ntlworld.com) and cannot seem to be able to resolve this
I have tried to reset the password as described in the FAQ's but receive the Error code AP103
I need to be able to reset my Pop3 and SMTP (NTL) passwords as I have forgotten them
The reason is the change from Windows mail to Outlook when I try to use this I am asked for the Pop3/SMTP passwords and without them cannot access the ntlworld.com emails
Hope this all makes sense - any help really appreciated
