Checked my phone this morning and blueyonder inbox completely empty except for about 20 no subject emails dated 1970.
Refreshed and a few random emails appeared, but going back to 01 February.
I have seen various threads mentioning issues over the last few days. Anything similar for anyone else or possible solutions?

We aren't aware of any issues affecting emails, is it just your phone this has happened on?
Please can you try another device to see if this happening on this?

My wife had exactly the same issue with her inbox, so don't think it is specific device related. Attached screenshot from my inbox. Emails back to 01 Feb did reappear, but nothing before that date.

Can you login directly to the Webmail service, here, and let us know whether you are able to view history prior to February 1st?
On your screenshot, the emails are all showing the same thing, including a default date. When checking your Webmail, can you confirm whether this is also still the case?
