Emails

Got Two Email Accounts when I log into mine it goes to my wife's account cant get into mines everything I try just revert to Wife's account its driving me up the wall Help Appreciated

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties with your email access. 

    I will send you a PM so we can take a closer look at the setup of your mailboxes and VMO2 ID's from our side. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page. 📩

    Just to best set expectations - if you need to update the login email address for any online accounts we can no longer do this via any of our digital support channels, and so you would need to call in via  ðŸ“ž0345 454 1111 or 150 from a VM landline. 

    We can return to this public thread with another update when possible. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! 🌞
