Email verification not working from email change

I have changed over to a new email provider and wanted to change on Myvirgin to the new email. Everything ok, changed email and then just needed an email verification, sent the link and clicked it once received. When I tried to log in it said i needed to verify email, even though that was what i had just done.. Takes about 3-5 business days to receive the email and just goes in circles. Can someone please help?

    Sorry to hear of the email account issues and verifying your new address, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

        We're sorry to see that changing the username for your My Virgin Media services to a new E-Mail address has proven to be difficult.

        Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or has since been resolved?

        If this is on going, please confirm that you've been able to keep tabs on your spam/junk folder.
