email provider is blocking the messages


 
I have been trying to change my email on my discord account from a blue yonder email but I am not receiving the verification code, I contacted there support team and they asked me to forward some information to my email provider.. who can I contact?

they say - It looks like your email provider is blocking the messages

    We wouldn't block any websites doing this, can you confirm if these emails are going into the spam / junk folders?
