Email problems

Hello, I have lost the ability to access my virgin media e-mail via Outlook or Apple mail Apps. like a lot of people on here. I've been in several times and generated a new mail password, the password doesn't work.

Spent 2 very frustrating hours on several call to be told that this is an issue with my phone and computer and there is a service I can pay for to fix it. Unbelievable!!

Is there anyone on here that can perhaps help?  I really doubt that Virgin Media's strategy is to generate revenue by charging customers for fixing issue but that's what it looks like.

    I think this is a similar problem to mine.  I can access emails on my phone with 5G but not through wifi.  I'm not prepared to keep changing my password as I think this is definitely a Virginmedia problem and not mine.

    Have you checked to see if there are any outhandling updates that may be available?
    What app did our team advise?
    What phone is it you are using?
    Have you tried clearing any cache and cookies?
