Email problems
I too cannot access my emails. It says Multiple account errors on both my accounts. Ntlworld & Virginmedia. Please help as I am a 78 years old female and not experienced in knowing what I should be doing.

What errors are you getting?
Is it saying there is a password error for example?
Firstly, to clarify, are you currently a VM broadband customer?
No know nothing about that. It has been working fine until today.
Lets start with something simple before VM did all this before the 14th have you ever logged into My virgin media?
Login to My Virgin Media | Virgin Media
Do you know your main Email (to view bills) with virgin media or before the 14th was told to change this to a 3rd party and logged in with that Email?
