email password

is it only me that my email password keep changing the last 10 months every week or 2 days my email password does not recognized

i been phone VM customer services last 10 months sort this out i try everything VM gives password tell me we we promise that this will work guess what it does this is driving me mad VM 

my password are save on google password manger i also wriiten them down i have gone through so many password

i have be a customer with VM over 20 year i am sorry VM customer services worst i every seen there dont help blame you its your fault our our system are the best i even complaint nothing happen i think next step is ofgem please can you tell me how to complaint ofgem
