Email /outlook/ app password. Access

Question

I just got a new pc.. I wanted to set up my emails via outlook.. I have 3 NTL passwords I have forgotten the passwords. I don’t seem to be able to locate how I can reset my individual passwords for each email address only the main email I log in with. There use to be a manage email page and each address would be listed and could be managed individually .
I set up one address with the app password.. but the others will not work.

do I need a password for each address? Or use the same password for all accounts .

Can anyone assist me change the individual passwords for each address..
