Email not working

Came here to see if anyone else was having problems signing in, seems there are!!!

Trying to sign in my virgin media and keep getting redirected to a virgin/o2 sign in page that doesn't seem to recognise my email or password, keep getting create a new password, then asks to verify, then asks for a back up email, won't accept my back up email, 

I think I've verified 4 times to date, just keep going around in circles, 

What's happened to simply signing in????

    I'm having a similar problem, and sorry for jumping into your thread, but I don't seem to be able to post any other way. I have tried to log in using my the sign in account (ntlworld) I have had for years, but keep being asked for another email address as well. When I entered another email I got more and more layers of nonsense to go through. I gave up as I don't think I'm quite ready to hand over every single detail of my life to Virgin.
    Can anyone give a simple solution or actual information please?

  • I also go round in circles (been the same since Monday and have spent hours on phone with helpdesk not getting anywhere at all.  Meanwhile cannot access email account I have had for 20+ years.

  • I am also getting pushed around in circles trying to access emails In android media app there is no quick link Lucky enough can access emails on desk top

  • I am in the same pickle as Robz and I cannot see that he has had any reply to his problem. It is very annoying because this is a problem of Virgin O2's own making. AlexRM - I looked at help and support and could not find the solution. Please can you tell me in simple terms what to do.
