Email not updated since Friday; help please.

Hi, my emails have not updated since Friday. I get multiple emails a day so know I have received some. Can anyone help? I have logged on through VM website and still none. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks for your post. We're sorry to hear that you've not received any new emails since Friday! How strange. 

    Are you able to send emails without any issues? Have you tried sending an email to yourself to see if you receive that?
