Email issues

Im unable to sign into my emails. Using app on phone, via webmail or on pc. Saying account is locked. Ive logged on my account and reset the password and still the same. No option to unlock from my account so i am at a loss

Someone help me please!

Ive got a holiday of a lifetime in less than 2 weeks and cannot access any of my booking confirmations etc.

  • I hope you get it sorted - I’ve struggled for weeks and weeks with email issues. Can you not contact the holiday comp and ask them to change the email on your account? Safest way. 

  • This isn't really going to help you except to say that I am in a very similar position having been locked out for several days.  I have spent many hours changing my email address on all of my active contacts/websites.  Sod's Law dictates that my blueyonder emails will mysteriously re-appear after I have completed all of those changes!  You have my sympathy along will all other fellow-sufferers!

  • ... also, I have spoken to Virgin Media agents by telephone who won't even acknowledge that there is a general problem!  Remember Post Office Horizon victims who were told they were the only ones having problems?!  Quite!

      You're right!  I have added supporting comments which included criticism of Virgin Media and those replies have mysteriously disappeared!  Shame on you, Virgin!

      The forum software is malfunctioning today and some replies are hidden from view for some reason.

  • I feel your pain. I am in a similar situation and customer services have been very unhelpful ! ( shocking and disgraceful would be a better word...)
