Email issues again
Can currently only access my emails via webmail. Both Get password not recognised in outlook and on my other devices (iphone/ipad) get spinning wheel. Stopped syncing at some point yesterday.

Ok so some more info here accessing from PC and mobile devices
Webmail via browser works OK.
Outlook (Classic - tried both 2019 and 2024) does not work just keeps asking for IMAP password (which is correct)
New Outlook 2024 - Works OK in this but the application is absolute rubbish!
On iPhone/iPad mail app:
If accessing on mobile data it works fine.
If accessing from my home wifi not - keep getting the attached Account error
This stopped working at some point yesterday afternoon/evening. If the IP is indeed blacklisted by your IMAP server how canm I still access via webmail and also if using the new outlook?
Started working again this evening without any changes at my end so VM have fixed whatever the issue is. This latest issue however has spurred me into action in moving away from VM email now, they just can't be relied upon and with the incoming price increases as soon as my contract is up I'll be leaving. Been with them since before Telewest (Yorkshire Cable) but there are faster and cheaper FTTH options now.
