Email issue

 

Hello. 

Can someone help me out. I have a virgin media email address which now I cannot access the password ever since this merger 02 virgin.  

So out virgin account is in my wife's name before the switch I could sign in to virgin which was a Gmail email and access my email and get new password. 

Now when I sign in with my Gmail I get in but when I go to manage my products it says add my virgin account when I put account number in I get approve the transfer of account to virgin media 02 id 

It asks for my wife's Gmail what does transfer mean will it transfer all the account to my account. I'm lost been like this for months horrendous.

    Do you recall receiving an email in June informing you that the sign in username for your additional email address was changing back to the actual email address rather than continuing to use the gmail address that you had previously set?  What happens if you try and sign in now with the actual VM email address rather than the gmail one?
