Email issue

New to forum and do frustrating with virgin. Can see this is an issue but getting no where. My email address is secondary account. Can set up new password and says old one isn't correct. Primary account doesn't show secondary account. On line chat said known issue. Can access emails on phone but nothing else.

    Sorry to see that this post has gone unanswered for the extended period of time and to hear of the E-Mail issue you've been experiencing, can you please try clearing cache and cookies on the browser you're using and then attempt to log into the My Virgin Media account for the secondary account to see if this allows you access to your inbox?
