Email issue

Hi, following virgin having tech issues over the Easter weekend, which left me unable to access the app, I’m now having an issue with accessing my email account.

when I attempt to login, I get an error message stating: authentication failed, and unable to connect to server.

checked all settings, restarted devices, and on several different devices, with same results.

any suggestions?

    Sorry to hear of the continuing issues experienced with your My Virgin Media account, and subsequently your E-Mail accounts.

    Please check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll have this picked up for you.

    Sounds like it could be the problem I have. I haven’t had access to my secondary email for 3 days now. Hope you get it sorted as support could help me.
