If I try with Windows mail, I get the 'We couldn't access this account. try again later'
What;s todays excuse then VM?? Been hacked again have we???
Same here it's becoming a joke now.....
My ntlworld.com e-mail account was temporarily unavailable this morning but it now seems to be working again. Outage has not been a common occurrence for me since the Great E-Mail Disaster a while ago.
MIne is out as well, as usual Virgin website says all is fine...so annoying as month end and need it for work

Mine too, but they seem to have come back to life. I do wonder if they have been hacked again - but lets face it they never admitted the last one was hacked either - Just that lots of people didn't secure their emails correclty at the same time the hack took place ;P...
lost my email access again today following last weeks debacle.
VM's changing of their terms and conditions gives everyone a chance to leave their contract without penalty. i will be doing that.
Please give me more info on this i want to go to zen, i only stayed with VM as my family fereaked out about changing their email addresses.
deepagan If you are referring to Adrian Jacobs post about VM email addresses only being available for Virgin Media broadband customers then that is correct. Once you cease to be a VM broadband customer any associated VM email addresses should be deleted after 90 days. Webmail access will be withdrawn first followed by email client access.

I have been unable to access my emails since Sunday and they have done nothing. Poor service.
I too have not had access to ntlworld emails for a week. Had chat with VM and they said all will be fine in 2 hours. Nothing cjanged , will leave if they do not respond positively.
Yes I am being very well looked after by a team member.
I remarked to the other stream because i was upset and annoyed that people are still not getting any help.
I'm ok with my team member but seriously NOT happy with the virgin media company

The customer service person was right. You can't have a virgin email address if you don't have broadband from virgin.
