Email Difficulties
I created a Virgin O2 ID and can log in. I can access my emails on my mobile but not my computer like I could previously.
When trying to access on my computer it is telling me my email is locked. I contacted Virgin Media and they took me through the process to create a new password but we could not do a there was only the option to change the telephone password.
I was told to wait 24 hours and try again - Are there still ongoing issues with everything ?
