Email Difficulties

I created a Virgin O2 ID and can log in. I can access my emails on my mobile but not my computer like I could previously.

When trying to access on my computer it is telling me my email is locked. I contacted Virgin Media and they took me through the process to create a new password but we could not do a there was only the option to change the telephone password.

I was told to wait 24 hours and try again - Are there still ongoing issues with everything ?

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with accessing your emails on your laptop, let us know if you'd tried again after the 24 hours and if you're still having problems with it.
