Email blocked October 2024

Trying to access my virgin media email account and it's showing as: - 

Blocked

You couldn't be authenticated. pingone.mfa.failed.request.limit.reached

This is on my laptop and on my S24 Ultra.  What is the problem?  I can't find an answer.

    The only way i got into my Emails was to use Google chrome , instead of internet explorer.
