Can somebody help me with the following issue please?
Since last Wednesday, I am no longer receiving a daily email briefing from my employer. I have given them an alternative email address, and it is still not arriving.
I can only assume you are filtering the incoming email? It is not arriving in either my spam or junk folders either, so where is it please?
The senders email is briefing@podiumsports.com
I need this resolving quickly please.

Yes, some other topics mention it is hit-and-miss as to what is coming through.
A further possible suggestion from @coenoby below on the subject of mailing lists if that might apply to your work circular

I gave up using VM email in 2010. The reason, at that time, was that it was taking several days for emails to come through and be delivered to my inbox. 15 years later ..... not much has changed as far as the reliability of VM's email is concerned.

It appears the constant "bouncing" has caused my IP address to be blocked by their mailing software which I am hoping someone in IT can resolve.
