Email addrssss and trying to change passwordsq

Hi my daughter had trouble signing into her ntlworld email address on a new device, I forgot my password and with my daughters email address all that happened was not being able to change the password and it changed the email address to my Gmail account as it asked for an alternative email address can some please contact us to sort this problem out? Last time it took 8 weeks to sort out, please don't let it be that long and this is my main email address and I need this for important emails for medical reasons that I can't miss.
