Email account suddenly asking for password and virginmdia mail not loading on PC
So I have been literally exchanging emails all morning when suddenly I am being asked to enter a password. I have an NTL world email account that has been working for years. I seem to be receiving emails, but any I send just sit in the outbox. There doesn't seem to be a service issue listed for me, but I changed nothing so it really looks to be an issue on the Virgin side. I don't want to pile in and change passwords until I know if there is a genuine issue with my login credentials, as this is very disruptive to do across several devices. I have tried on 3 separate platforms, and the issue is always there. A big indicator that there is an issue is that https://mail.virginmedia.com/ will not even load as a webpage, to allow me to enter my credentials on my pc and attempt to send/receive on there. It just times out.
