Email account disappeared
I can no longer access my Blueyonder email account. I am no longer a virgin media account holder. My account was cancelled last year. I have continued to access my email account right up until 18/4/25 when I was denied access with my login details. The email account is still live somewhere as I and other family members have sent messages to the address and they have not bounced back. I have so much important information stored in my inboxes relating to holidays, event tickets verification coding with various hospitals etc. I really need to be able to access the account and transfer the information to my now new email address I have had to set up with gmail. I was a customer with Virgin for nearly 40years and have only ever had email with blueyonder since they were set up. I desperatly need help to resolve this issue. I have rang customer services a number of times and been directed to this site as a solution.
