Email Access

Can't access my ntlworld and virgin media emails.  When I typed email address and password in, it wants another email address for verification, I have not got one, so what happens now  Thanks

    Hi:

    You could create an account with Google , "gmail",it's pretty easy and at least you will be able to send and receive email while Virgin media are messing about!

    I've never really used my "gmail" account much but I'm going to start moving important contacts there as there have been too many "blips" in Virgin's service lately and it will make changing provider easier.

      Thank you for your reply.  Last time I was advised to do that I lost my email account completely for some reason, do not want that to happen again.

    Hi Marie11 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

    As suggested, you'll need to provide a new third party email address so you can complete the registration.

    Thank you but I do not want to register or have a new email account.  I want to be able to sign in to my account as normal, with no fuss, why is that not happening.  I am so so fed up.

      Please try and access them using the Bing browser, this has been working for some customers.

        I am able to sign in but haven't received any emails for about a fortnight. I've just tried signing in with Bing. I was able to sign in but still no emails arriving.
