Email 3rd party connection issue- IP blacklisted and other issues

Hello,

with all the saga ongoing about linking VM and VMO2, I was finally able to resolve this myself. A long call with customer services was useless to say the least. 

Now that issue was resolved, I lost access to emails on 3rd party Apps (iPhone, android, outlook, etc..). Changed the password manager , now I get this message:

"the server for the account "my account" returned the error "[ALERT] Temporarily blacklisted IP address - try again later"

I removed the accounts and re-created them, but the issue exists

this is so frustrating and is costing me time

  • Oh and I wanted to add: CS promised they will call me back today. nothing up to this moment. The below average service is beyond comprehension, truly
