E-mail problems

I was receiving my e-mails attached to my outlook account for virgin media, but they have stopped coming though from Thursday. It is my wife's account and I have my own e-mail from this, but I couldn't sign into it as it wouldn't accept my password and when i was trying to change the password it was sending the prompt to change to the e-mail address I cant sign into. I worked round this by as I say, adding it to my outlook account and was receiving my emails up to Thursday, suddenly they have stopped and I haven't got a clue what to do. Can anyone help,

    Read through the other similar topics on the forum and it appears there is an issue with VM email and MS Outlook. Am not sure if it is a VM problem or a MS problem or both.

      Not just Outlook, Mail on iOS and probably Mac can’t connect with networks addresses at least as well for some people, last email I got was 5pm Friday, tried new email passwords with no success.
