E-mail problems

Tried to look at my e-mails this morning which I am usually signed into. Today it asked for my e-mail address which it rejected as invalid. I phoned support who asked me to try another browser. This didn't work either. I was told that it will take 3-5 working days to resolve this. I use my e-mail a lot and am not happy about waiting 3-5 days to access them again.

    I know you are a large organisation but I hope that you can identify Vignesh and pass on my appreciation of his help which was exceptional.

    My issue was not dealt with and I had no contact from your IT team in the time scale of 3-5 days. I phoned again today and spoke to a gentleman named Vignesh. It was a lengthy call during which Vignesh was very helpful and made every effort to resolve the issue without again raising a ticket with your IT team. He eventually succeeded despite us encountering multiple obstacles along the way. Vignesh was a pleasure to deal with and he is a great asset to your organisation. I hope that you appreciate that Vignesh is an invaluable member of your team.

    Have you linked your VM email account to a non VM email address (such as Gmail for example)?

    If so, you need to enter that non VM email address as "your email address".

    If you have not already gone through the process of linking a non VM email address to your VM account you will have to do that as part of VM's new VM02ID requirement - see here https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/help

      In order to do these updates I need to sign in to my account which I can't do as it rejects my e-mail address as invalid.

        Sorry to hear of the email issue. The team we can see have followed the correct process when attempting to help fix this for you and raised it with IT. IT's timescales are 3-5 working days and you'll be contacted when there is an update/fix on your ticket. Best wishes.
