E-mail problems

Tried to look at my e-mails this morning which I am usually signed into. Today it asked for my e-mail address which it rejected as invalid. I phoned support who asked me to try another browser. This didn't work either. I was told that it will take 3-5 working days to resolve this. I use my e-mail a lot and am not happy about waiting 3-5 days to access them again.

    Have you linked your VM email account to a non VM email address (such as Gmail for example)?

    If so, you need to enter that non VM email address as "your email address".

    If you have not already gone through the process of linking a non VM email address to your VM account you will have to do that as part of VM's new VM02ID requirement - see here https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/help

      In order to do these updates I need to sign in to my account which I can't do as it rejects my e-mail address as invalid.

        Sorry to hear of the email issue. The team we can see have followed the correct process when attempting to help fix this for you and raised it with IT. IT's timescales are 3-5 working days and you'll be contacted when there is an update/fix on your ticket. Best wishes.
