E-mail not accessible, over 10 weeks, hours on hold, no one can fix it
So I lost access to my ntlworld email (forbidden 403 then some other message). Spent hours on hold and hours talking to people on the phone and no one has been able to resolve this issue. I have sent up a total of 4 "secondary emails" but i still cannot access my ntlworld email which contains voucher codes I was hoping to use. I just get told someone will call me back which they never do, and every so often I get an auto generated email saying it is being looked into.
10 weeks means I can go to alternative dispute resolution but all I want is access to my email account.
Is there someone at VM who can actually resolve this issue?
