E-mail Log in problems

There are lots of entries her re logging in difficulties with Virgin e-mail. I am still locked on of my e-mail (I put in a reply to another message ion this stream yesterday.)

I was told over the phone that this was a Virgin Media Technical problem and may take up to 6 days to resolve!

Despite all the messages here Virgin  has been silent. IS ANYONE AT VIRGIN DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. If so HOW ABOUT INFORMING THE PAYING CLIENTS!!!

    I have now been able to log into my accounts by having a verification message sent to an e-mail I have with another provider (WHY - fortunately this provider does not cancel your e-mail address if you leave)  I then had to set up a new password etc etc and finally get into my account. As I have 2 accounts and my wife has 1 I had to do this 3 times taking up 45 minutes. And I still have had no clear explanation from Virgin as to why the log in page has changed.

    Customer service - Virgin doesn't know the meaning of the term.

    Very frustrated customer of long standing!!
