How do i copy my e mail folders on to my hard disk ?

That's precisely how the export works.&nbsp; When a folder is exported it uses two files.&nbsp; An MBOX file which contains all the exported mails in one file, and a table of contents which contains a list of the emails and their ID'sWhen you import the folder back to a mail program that supports the MBOX format the mail structure is restored.Tim
