Deletion Of Blueyonder Email Account

Hi,

I have an old Blueyonder email account that I no longer need or want as it has become difficult to manage. There doesn't seem to be a way of terminating the email account through the account settings online. I see that other customers have found a solution to this issue via this community 

Could someone contact me to take forward please.
