Thanks for this. I left Virgin several years ago as it was not available in my new bungalow at the time. I have a set of dormant accounts related to "[MOD EDIT: Removed]" (-1, -2, -3, etc.) which were carried over from Blueyonder. One of the users is deceased and the others want to make sure our Blueyonder accounts are closed.
I am happy to supply any other details you want but would prefer to use my hotmail account if possible as I use this is in daily - [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed]
