Delete my blueyonder account

Anyone from Virgin admin who could contact me to discuss permanent deletion of my blueyonder account as I cannot find any solution to this ongoing problem. the account is no longer used due to the amount of spam I get on it.

I log into my Virgin Media with another email address so blueyonder should be there as a secondary email which i should be able to delete myself but it isn't there to delete.

Called Virgin and spoke to several people who are convinced I should be able to do it from my end but no joy.

Please help.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with deleting a secondary email account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
