Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
We're able to delete email accounts from here providing your are no longer a customer.
Can we just ask if you still have services with us?If not, then please follow the steps below.
Sign into the My Virgin Media account where you view the VM bills and go to Account settings, then Account details. Scroll down that page and click on Manage other Virgin Media accounts and you should see the relevant account listed. Click on Delete to the right of the address and it will be gone for good.
