Delete an ntlworld email account

Can you please arrange this for me too? I need to also delete and old Blueyonder email account. i just need to check with existing emails to notify them of the change. If you delete my account will I still be able to look at historical emails to achieve the above?

    Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

    I'll be happy to arrange for your email account with us to be deleted, however once it has, you'll no longer be able to access the mail box and all of your emails will be then become irretrievable.

    Are you still happy for us to arrange the deletion of the account? Let us know and we can drop you a message.
