Continued Email Difficulties - receiving emails
Morning,
So I'd just like to post the following update,wherby my emails are STILL not arriving correctly.This is the fourth day now of at best,a VERY intermittent service.
Am still witing for several important emails to arrive,which haven't turned up during the week and are still floating around in cyberspace it would seem(Amazon order confirmations,Holiday bookings receipts)which at best,isn't great.
Sending myself a test email from my Gmail account to my ntlworld.com is NORMALLY instantaneous,with it appearing in VM's on site servers straight away,but at the moment I get a notification tone that its hit Gmail straight away,but can take upto twenty minutes to appear on VM's servers,which is poor.
Additionally as posted earlier in the week,I can set my clock to when I would normally receive certain emails on a daily basis(most of which are promo's and adverts so are of little importance)but at least I knew that I was receiving email properly,and without issue.
I'm not a tech savvy person,so please dont ask me any technical questions,if you're a moderator or an admin.
But given the amount of other Virgin customers in here who are suffering the EXACT same issue,there is plainly an issue at Virgin Media's end right,when it comes to receiving regular email correctly.
"Are YOU still encountering what at the moment is a incostistent service,wherby we continue to receive SOME emails,but is very much a hit and hope scenario?"
** Please moderators and admins,can you acknowledge that there is a problem for lots of people,for receiving emails correctly,and at the proper time - PLEASE NOTE sending emails,is absolutely fine
