Closure of a Blueyonder account

My old blueyonder account has not been closed even though I left Virgin over 6 months ago, can I please get it closed as no longer used ?

    We're sorry to hear your email address has remained active, even after disconnecting the account. We'll need to raise an IT Ticket for the address to be deleted but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
