Hi, I also have an old ntlworld account, it has been hacked and the password changed, I get hourly attempts to have my Microsoft account accessed from this account, fortunately this has not been successful, can anyone help to get this account closed down/deactivated, many thanks..

Are you still an active Virgin Media customer and was the email that you want to delete previously your primary email account? I ask this as we're not able to delete/remove a primary email address.
